Sci-Fi Friday!
Ok quick update. Tonight's Sci-Fi Friday was awesome. SG-1 was really good, it was great to see ole General Hammond back, I've missed him so. Daniel's fight scene with Claudia Black was so funny and Hans Olo! hehehe I love a gratuitous Star Wars reference. SGA was good and as
starbuck92 graciously pointed out a hot, sweaty, & black t-shirted John Sheppard was definitely a high point hehe. BSG was really good too...darn those To be continued... annoyances, good thing I already had the next couple eps eagerly waiting for me on my computer! The second part was really good, I liked it alot. yay for Sci-Fi Friday!
On another note, I've been itching to make another sg-1 music video but I hate using those aweful low quality vids when I have perfectly good hdtv rips sitting right there. Since I have no program (not my Pinnacle Studio or WMM) will handle the large files well, I've been going through them with Vdub cutting and resampling out the parts I want to use in my vid and saving them as their own seperate files and then importing them in. It's working quite well so all my vids from now on will be real good quality as long as I have a good quality original to work from.
I've also started working on my lego Millenium Falcon tonight. I must say the people who spend the time figuring out how to make these things are talented. The design of some of the legos I've done are just really smart and interesting. *nods* I have also been wanting to make another batch of icons, perhaps sometime this weekend, I'll be able to indulge in my icon-ness. Indeed.
