Stargate: Continuum

Oh, I quite liked this. It has Jack and Baal and alternate time lines and yay! This is the sort of Stargate movie that I'd like to continue to see in the future. I won't go into much detail on the plot but it was good and very enjoyable. I'll admit though that the ending was a bit predictable but that didn't take away from enjoying it any.

I got all nostalgic at the beginning when the music was playing and the title was tossed up. It filled me with an excited glee that I haven't felt for Stargate in quite awhile. I miss this show, I really do. Well, the way it used to be, not so much the way it was in it's last couple of years.

But with Continuum it sort of feels like old school Stargate in a way. Kind of like visiting with an old friend whom you haven't seen in years. And quite the cast, lots of characters from the past appear which was awesome seeing them all again. It was a bit like Moebius (Moebius = ♥) in that it was another 'what Earth would be like without the Stargate program & SG-1' but I don't mind the similarity because I love all that timey wimey sort of stuff. I only wish in the end they would have all remembered everything instead of being reset. Well, I guess Cam remembered, at least it would seem like he would since he had the picture and all.

Overall, it was interesting and amusing in parts and just entertaining. So yes, if you haven't seen it yet, be sure to :D

- And really, can't Teal'c just dye the skunk stripe away? I really dislike it. Maybe he needs a good shave again. Yes, a proper shave might do him well. Or a hat.
