Oh, I don't think I'd doubt anyone's guilt per se. I'm just saying I'd want to get into the why a person did such and such a thing. Their background, homelife and all. If there's a sob story behind their motive - I'd be way too lenient ;p
Except for like, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan - those two would be behind bars for as long as I could keep them there. >D
