oh sure it does! you just have to take 1 like every 2 hrs. if you take like ten at once that wont do any good, you have to spread it out! :)

Well I just mean sometimes it seems that one day they say take "this" it's so good for you then the next day they are like don't take "that" anymore it doesn't help! lol I dunno :P
