ahh you have the navigation strip turn on, I personally hate that thing lol. But I guess if you use it, it's all good :D It is indeed Harry Potter, thought I'd change it over as I get ready for the new movie and book :D Here's the header image so you can see it all, though I don't think it's all that good.
I like the color a lot too, it's a soothing array of blues :D

It's a couple of screenshots from the movie Prisoner of Azkaban merged together. And yes it does kind of remind me of her uniform color now that you mention it! Maybe that's why I liked it in the first place without realizing it! lol ;D
