Well, girly who shot her husband must have some mental issues. No sane person would do that. Maybe he cheated on her a billion times before. Maybe she's bipolar. I'd want to know. If she shot him just b/c she was a bitch - then yes, behind bars for however long the law requires.
Serial killers et al obviously all have serious problems too. Again, I'd want to know why they became that way. Were they born like that - or what?
