Oh, probably 24th century-ish. So I could fly around in star ships and say "beam me up" ;)

Perhaps you find green tea bland after coffee or something. I can totally imagine that as I used to think it was bland to ew too. Then one night after Chinese (chow mien) had this utter craving for it and have not looked back since. I just LOVE it. Go figure *shrug*

Orange flavored tea seems so wrong :P

I almost concurred with your saying it was wise to be on the alter with Quart - then I realized I said if first, so it'd be silly. I'd be agreeing that you're agreeing with me lol!! *chortle*

It's really more the after taste of green tea that I don't care for. Interesting, so you thought it bland, craved it and now love it. Maybe I'll give it a try again after eating Chinese or something :P

mmm orangy anything can never be wrong :D

So, I guess I'll then agree with you after agreeing with me about agreeing with you after I agreed with you! hah, I think that just made my head go 'splody ;P

Aftertaste? O.o Maybe it's me - but I didn't think it had much of an aftertaste. Tea (afaik) isn't really meant to. [Unless it's one of those orange/raspberry types ;p]

*head spins off*

Regular (what I guess I'd consider unflavored) tea doesn't but I think some other specialty teas do. Excluding the funky flavored ones because those are probably meant to have an after taste :P I dunno, it's been awhile since I last had green tea. I had it at a restaurant served in little white cups and I just remember being blech about it. *shrugs*

heehe :P

Was it a Chinese restaurant? *is assuming it was* Maybe it depends on the brand of green tea or something b/c when I first I had it I thought it really was nothing to write home about either lol! Now - me loves it! Perhaps actual Chinese restaurants make it a touch weaker or something. idk.

K - I think I've exhausted this topic LOL! Sorry ;x

*is Woodstock*

It was a restaurant that served Chinese food though I don't think it was exclusively Chinese, I really don't even remember what it was called just the fact that I had green tea for the first time there and didn't like it :P Perhaps I'll give it another try, I've been known to dislike things in the past only to discover them again later and love them as well.

lol :P
