Stuffs and more stuffs

I accomplished a great feat today. I organized my collection of saved LJ icons. It's something I've been wanting to do for awhile but kept putting it off because it looked to be a lot of effort. It really wasn't so bad though and didn't take all that long. I did end up deleting some and found several that were mine that ended up in the wrong folder as these are just the icons I've saved over the years that have been made by other wonderfully talented individuals.

Here's how it all ended up, in order of majority:

I had no idea I had collected that many Doctor Who icons, I may have went a bit crazy from time to time with saving them ;) And total Trek icons = 115. I don't often find that many ST icons that I like well enough to save. LJ needs more ST though! :D



SJA: Secrets of the Stars pt 1 & 2
This was another good set, I quite enjoyed these as well. I especially liked the flashbacks of the Doctor from pt 1. Too bad Martin died (or went with the Ancient Lights), I think he would have made a pretty good reoccurring villain. So it was sort of like 'blood control' but not and without the blood :P I also couldn't help think the star sign thingy looked like a Stargate ;P hehe. Anyway, so next week looks good too.

Why might you ask? I've decided I need a knitted/plush/stuffed Dalek to accompany my Yoda on trips and the like. And also an Adipose. ;) I mean, seriously, what a photogenic bunch eh? Indeed.

Also, I'm liking LJ's Halloween theme but not as much as last years. Zombies are so overrated =P

Oh, I know. I'm so glad they're organized now, it's much less chaotic :P Now I just need to keep myself working on my entry tags, that's another thing that I've been trying and unsuccessfully trying to sort out for awhile :P

I've never once counted icons to see how many I have; I've never wanted to take the time. I've yet to save any SJA ones, and it kinda pains me to say I know I have more than two TW ones. xP I have 20, just counted cause I knew it would be easy although I didn't think it was that many LOL. :p

I know what you mean about Star Trek...I haven't looked at many icon posts here for awhile, and the couple I have have been of course Doctor Who x) , but whenever I do I just don't really see any I want. I never went out of my way to try & get any of them, and you've said this & said so back in a comment, I miss neutral_zone...I miss getting to see ST icons on a regular basis.

I wished they'd had some older clips as well, but yeah I loved the showing of & talking about The Doctor & Sarah Jane. :) It was fine, I liked the first two stories more I think, especially the last, but it was still good. Mmm yes, blood control, but far more effective hehe. "Blood control, BLOOD CONTROL! I have seen that in years!" Ah Ten, anyways, hehe stargate yeah heh. You know the first thought that went through my mind when I saw the teaser was horcrux lol, but then it went away. It might be interesting.

I swear at first glance until I read your text I thought that was Laura Roslin. XD god lol. But nice icon heh. :)

I wouldn't mind having the grey one. :P LOL what a lovely trio. x)

I don't recall any of the previous themes. :P Personally I'd like it better without the crossing out & putting the Undead writing there.

I'll always prefer the original Tim Phillips version of 'Song for Ten'.

Well, the only reason I counted them is because the computer tells me how many is in each folder or I wouldn't have bothered ;P It was bad enough just sorting them LOL but now that it's done, things will be much easier and better :D

I just don't find many Trek icons I like that much, that's why I make most of my own. Actually making Trek icons if my favorite icon subject and I miss NZ so much, that was the best icon contest community I've been apart of. And it spawned some really great ST icons!

LOL, when I was reading your typing in caps there, I could actually here Ten saying it in my head :P

LOL! Laura Roslin! I never thought that until you said that and looking at it now, she does look a lot like Roslin in that shot! ha!

Well, I had started long ago by just saving all my collected icons in one folder, not organized by fandoms or anything but that kept growing and growing until it became a burden to find any in. Now that they're all sorted, they'll stay that way. :D

I'm opposite of that and like Hannon's voice better but I also just like his version better because of the differences in the lyrics and speed of it.

Don't get me wrong I like the extended lyrics & all, I just like Phillips better. To be honest why didn't they like get Billie to see the or a longer version or something? Or another female singer? I mean it is called 'Song For Ten' after all, and the longer lyrics fit coming from Rose.
