ZOMGRDA!!

*remembers to breathe*

As [livejournal.com profile] rithmah has informed me and the article at GateWorld I just read, Richard Dean Anderson is going to be at GateCon 2008!!! This is especially rare since he doesn't do conventions, he's sort of a private person but that's cool, I respect that. Still, I MUST be there you see, no matter what. I just know it's going to be expensive out the wahzoo :/ And I hope they don't limit tickets and stuff :/ But that shall not stop me! Must. Go. To. GateCon.

ZOOOMG!!@@^RDA!!111OMG!!@#!111

I'm hoping I'll be able to finagle a way to go as well. If not I'll be whining about it forever :P

Heheh. I love your icon. Hammond looks so silly.

I would love to meet RDA. He seems to be such an amazing person. I really would love to get there somehow someway. Maybe if I save up...

*squeezes George*

I think the same about RDA, he really does so many things that a lot of people don't know about. It'd definitely be a chance of the a lifetime to meet him since he really doesn't do that much public stuff.

He is a supporter of an incredible amount of causes. I am always very impressed. I would love to get an opportunity to meet him but now that he's signed on the ticket prices are going to soar through the roof and I certainly won't be able to afford it.

Oh, I know. I'm already cringing wondering how expensive they'll be. GateCon is already expensive in my opinion (not to mention the cost of traveling all the way there and all) so I'm sure it'll be twice as bad this time around. I think I remember reading that some of the $$$ is going to one of the charities he supports which is pretty cool.
