The part human theory is very interesting. That would mean that hand!doctor would then probably go with Rose....don't you think? If he couldn't be a time lord, he'd probably want to be Rose's booty call. What a great thought.

However, I also love your theory about hand!doctor being a true blue regenerated Doctor with a twist in the personality and everything. What a cool thought. After all this crap it really does seem like original!doctor should go with her. he does deserve it. I remember thinking that it was totally out of character for the Doctor to want to settle down and stop traveling....but now it doesn't seem so unlikely anymore. You know what I mean.

I've gotten past the 'what's going to happen to the Doctor' angst. Now I'm really wondering about Donna. It's widely known that she won't be back next series. Does she just go home? Does she find her fabulous man? Does she go off into the parallel universe with the party? I know RTD wouldn't kill her because killing Donna would probably find him lynched in an alley somewhere, but I'm curious to see how he ties off her story.
