Just a normal everyday Sunday really, cept it sorta feels like a Saturday for some strange reason. I didnt do jack all day. Got home and talked to Joel on the phone for about 2 hours, he just got back last week from Army boot camp, pfft he says it was boring. lol whatever. He will be off to AIC in 2 days and then after 43 days there he will have to come back here to do hometown recruiting for 2 weeks and then he will be stationed somewhere. hehe . Took my Christmas tree down today, its good to have it out of the way, I was considering leaving it up till New Years but it keeps getting in my way so I decided it has to go for the year.

I also cleansed Jenn's aquatic creature habitat. peeewww you know those little betta tanks smell worse then my big ole 10 gallon fish tank did. Ive come to enjoy watching the bettas and talking with them early in the morn...I almost kinda want one, but I just got rid of all my fish...

Damn USwest on battle.net just kicked me off, and I wasnt even on there long enough to get my character saved, so all that work I did with my new character I created (a druid named Skaruuhq)is all down the toilet. *curses loudly at battle.net* pfft

oh well perhaps its a sign, I probably would have been stuck in front of D2 all night. I rented 3 movies today: Minority Report, Murder by Numbers and Wes Craven's Don't look down. So I be off to watch one of them.

hmm well I have this strange un-satifised feeling after watching 2 of the 3 movies I rented. Neither one was really as good as I expected them to be.

The first one I watched was Wes Craven's Don't Look Down, which thinking, hey Wes Craven made it, surely its good. It was about this girl named Carla who when her and her husband Mark and sister Rachel go to this big cliff to take pictures cuz hes a photographer, Rachel falls off the cliff to her death. Of course Carla blames herself, yadda yadda typical story, then she starts hearing her sisters voice, seeing strange things and she develops a fear of heights. So she joins this Acrophobiac group and slowly one by one they begin to die. Well come to find out her husband meant for her to go over the cliff not the sister and he was killing everyone to make her think she was going insane. He of course trys to kill her in the end but fails.

It was that bad of a movie, but definetly isnt one I would watch again or buy or anything like that. It was strange cuz it was on the new release shelf at cmart and it was actually made in 1998 and I kept thinking thoughout the whole thing that it seemed familiar and I come to realize about half way though that Id already seen it. pfft (ususally I remember movies I dun like that much)

The second movie was Murder by Numbers, which was just a bit better then the first one. It basically is supposed to be a psychological suspense-thriller about a homicide detective (played by Sandra Bullock, which btw did well) who is investigating a murder that no one can seem to figure out. Of course like most of these type of movies she is battling some sort of inner demon whilst trying to capture the killer before he kills again. Sound familiar? Typical B-Class killer vs. cops movie. It turns out the killers are 2 intelligent high school boys who take her as a challege to their intellect and provide a challenge for them to create the 'perfect' murder.

It wasnt that bad of a movie either, still not one I would watch again or buy, but it did have a nice plot twist at the end which was refreshing. (it was a bit too predictable, as was the first movie)

Ill watch Minority Report tommorrow, hopefully it will be better.
