stargater: (it is a space station!)
So this morning I go to fill up on gas after work. Currently I paided $2.79 a gallon and it was only $2.49 two days ago! There has been talk all night long and the news said something to the effect that it might even go up another 20 cents here soon. :O So very not cool. The more I think about this the more I wish we had some sort of mass transit system as a travel option. /shrug

The tempature got down to a lovely 60 degrees over night!! Thankfully the highs in the daytime have come down to the mid to upper 80's so at least it's starting to cool off. I've been checking the weather and it seems to be getting cooler at night and even in the daytime so I turned off my AC today to go for a trial run. I much prefer to have windows and doors open and to enjoy fresh breezes then a stuffy heating/ac, I just hope the weatherman isn't fibbing and the temps continue to drop. I'm so ready for fall I can hardly stand it. I was in the grocery store a couple days ago and they already have all of their fall stuff and Halloween candy out. Yessss there were candyyyyy corns muwuahaha!! *ahem* Anyways it left me with a longing for fall weather and such as fall is my favorite time of the year and I do look forward to it muchly.
