It really snowed!

Well kinda. It actually snowed real good while I was at work, though I was disappointed to see that when I got home, we had about 2 inches less on the ground than we had at my work. At work there was about 4 inches maybe a bit more on the ground though here it looks to only be about 2 inches. The roads everywhere are slick and snow packed well enough though and thankfully the majority of drivers I encountered on my way home were causious and not acting like idiots. You know it's fine that they're in a 4-wheel drive jeep, but not all people are and someone barreling down a snow/ice covered roadway at 60+ miles per hour passing and dodging other cars are only going to cause an accident. And I don't want to be the one they barrel into. Tsk tsk.

Also on my way home I saw this small car that was left abanoned on the side of the highway with only it's flashers on and the snow crews who had been plowing, blew all the snow from the road onto it because it was on the shoulder. It was funny, all you could see were little yellow blinking lights peeking out from this big snow mound. lol

Anyway it's a lovely 14F outside and the snow is still trickling down in spurts though not at all like it was earlier tonight. It was really coming down, looked like a little blizzard and it was awesome! I can't believe it, the news actually got this one right hehe. Though they say by the end of this coming week we will be back in the upper 50's so I don't expect this wintery weather to stick around too long.
