It's nearly 6pm and it's still 78F outside! Where has my Winter gone?! Just today I browsing the refrigerated foods section at the grocery store and lo and behold what do my eyes fall upon? A whole endcap display of various flavors of Egg Nog. It was like a golden treasure chest calling my name so I could partake in my favorite holiday beverage. Alas I couldn't bring myself to purchase any with it being nearly 80 degrees outside. Because it's just not right in November. Not right I tell you!

Another Armadillo Incident

I almost ran over another live armadillo in my car just now. That makes three that have crossed my path recently whose lives I have very narrowly spared. It didn't blink an eye or even flinch...it simply stood waiting for it's untimey vehicular death. Poor doomed 'dillo.
