Stargate books

Since the discovery a couple years ago of a new line of Stargate books (with the original 4 of SG-1) I was quite excited but initially disappointed because they weren't available in the US. Then last summer I learned that they got their licensing issue sorted out and they will now be available here. I couldn't find any of them for some time until just recently I checked Amazon.com again and they were all available. wheee! So of course I ordered them all. Amazon had a promotion going and it was actually cheaper to just buy them all then ordering them split up as I go along.


I'm running out of room on my bookshelf, I need to re-organize it again!

I don't know how good they will be, but judging from reviews I've read most people seem to like them. And they have to be better than those awful SG books (Captain, Major, Captain, Major! ugh) by Ashley McConnell from years ago. There's also some Atlantis books that I might get in the future if I like these SG-1 books.

And speaking of SG-1... even though I've had the finale downloaded since it aired, I've yet to watch it, which is quite unusual for me. I keep finding excuses not to watch it and I've heard it's not all that good anyway. I don't know if my refusal to watch it is because I don't want to be disappointed with it or if I just don't want to think of it as the end. pfft. At least I have the second movie to look forward to since RDA has confirmed he is going to be in it. :D
