LJ stuffs

I now have a shiny new layout! I've been working on several different themes and decided to go with Doctor Who because that's what I'm obsessing into right now. I also have a new XF theme ready to go but I'm going to wait until closer to the movie premiere to use it.

I'm really pleased with the colors, I wanted some brighter colors since my last couple themes have used darker & duller colors. Another awesome thing... I used only three screenshots (from New Earth) instead of like a zillion that I tend to want to cram into pictures. I'm becoming quite a fan of the simpler, less cluttered look.

I actually made this header (one with and without the text) first but couldn't get the page colors to work out the way I wanted so I scrapped it and started over. I still may use this one at some point down the line, perhaps I'll re-do it with more a yellowish/redish tone.

And I've finally worked on my profile layout, I know I've been saying I was going to do it for years but for some reason it was always on the back burner. I kept with the same basic colors and theme (still DW but a different picture because I didn't want the same picture duplicated) and will change it accordingly to whatever my journal layout is.

Also made a few behind the scenes changes and cleaned up a few bits of code. My journal has been overdue for some of this stuff and I'm quite pleased with the outcome of it all. Indeed.
