Seeing as I just went through this bug and lost hours of gametime, make sure you get the right dialogue activations during Fenris' Questioning Beliefs quest in Act II. Apparently they bug sometimes. I didn't get them, then kept going because I didn't know what I'd missed until I went back to check. >(
