Expo Recap

stargaterNow that LJ is finally back up I can update. I would have done so yesterday but I couldnt pull myself away from SWG. I think I have found a new obsession. I played that game all day until 2am. Im just waiting on the login server to come back up so I can play again. I even dreamt about it last night...
The con was fun, I think it was pretty neat, the only thing was that both of us were really tired all day. There were lots of neat things to look at and lots of things to spend money on that I didnt need to. It wasnt that long of a drive there, but coming back it sure seemed to take forever.

Once we got into Tulsa, we were early so we drove around a bit. We saw a Borders store (a huge bookstore) so we attempt to get there but they have this entrance ramp back onto the interstate disguised as a side road and I took that and had to make a big circle and come back around.
The con was fun, most people were really friendly. Robin Curtis (Lt Savik from ST3: Search for Spock) was really nice and very friendly. Don S. Davis was also really nice, he was funny too. He told everyone that RDA and CJ have 'flatulance' problems bahahahha. He spoke for about an hour, not really much about the show because people kept asking him personal questions. I got up and said a few thoughts about the show, but I didnt ask a question. I think it started a trend because then others started doing the same.
Despite being really tired I think the day went well and we both had a good time.
