stargaterI can't believe it, Blizzard is actually doing Diablo 3! I've always said they would but then like ten freaking years passed with nothing but now they've officially released that there will indeed be a Diablo 3. This is so freaking exciting, I've only been waiting for this forever.
When I think about total video game obsession, only 3 really come to mind for taking the gold medal. That's not to say I haven't obsessed other games before but not quite like these. And they are: Metal Gear Solid (PS1), Diablo 2: LOD (PC) and Star Wars Galaxies (PC). With the exception of SWG (because as some of you know I quit after SOE ruined it) I've literally played these games to death. Again, with the exception to SWG (because of it's diversity and that it was Star Wars) Diablo 2:LOD was my most favorite game of all time. I even played right up until SWG came out though I haven't played it much since then.
The new game looks fantastic, be sure to check out the screenshots and videos for it. And because it's Blizzard, I'm sure it won't disappoint. No release date yet, but I'm hoping it's sooner rather than later. I'm so getting this as soon as it hits the shelves.
