Layout pondery

I've been thinking of what I want to do for my Christmas themed layout this year but can't choose between two fandoms. I'm stuck deciding between either The X-Files or Bones. I've never done either for a layout before so I'd basically be starting from scratch on either one. The Bones one would probably be more Christmasy in design where the XF one would probably be darker and based on the How the Ghosts Stole Christmas episode because it amuses me so.

X-FILES X-FILES!!!

Only cause I haven't watched Bones in sometime. I just stopped watching and never started up again, but I still watch House though.

Indeed. From what I've heard about it, it's going to be a "monster of the week" type of movie, which is cool because there's so much to the mythology of the show and there'd be a lot of answers to be accountable for after a 5 year absence :P

hmm, well can't wait. :) I hope I can manage to see it in theaters; saw the first one on the big screen, also read the novelization, but doubt I will this time if there is one. x)

oh yea I saw it several times in the theatre, read the book and listened to the audio tape *was not obsessed* but I think there might be a novelization for the new one. I don't see why there wouldn't be one but you never know :P

Only on rare occasions have I gotten to see a movie more than once, but I suppose I may have if I'd had the opportunity. hehe :)

There probably will be one.

( keep forgetting & then get reminded that I still still haven't played Resist or Serve. I should of looked that up on ebay when I ordered Rachet and Clanket, but I was kinda wanting a platformer, so they're we are. Please dammit one day pop up when it matters. )

I got the first XF game when it first came out, played it until the last disc which wouldn't play. I had to send it back to the company and like 7 weeks later got a replacement. I never even played it again after waiting all that time :P So I never finished it. I bought the Resist or Serve for PS2 in a bargain bin a few years ago but never really played it much because I didn't like the controls but I didn't want to buy it again just to play on the PC. :P

I like the idea of Bones, probably because I'm into it right now.

I can just picture Booth, Bones, and a skeleton all with Santa hats saying "Merry Christmas!" It just amuses me so.

I chose X-Files - just b/c I'm anticipating the box set for Christmas and am hyped about it :P

I think Bones would be great for Christmas but then afterwards, especially when the deep winter sets it you could switch to X-Files :)

I wish XF had done more holiday type episodes, they do amuse me so. :D
