stargater: (sw it is a space station!)

Alright, I know the quote refers to the Death Star but still :P

I'd so have to go and use it if I could :D I mean come on, it's a bathroom that looks like a Star Destroyer! Here's the story on it. heehe

Also, unrelated to SW but I have it on the Sci-Fi channel right now and a commercial just said "What the frak happened on Battlestar Galactica last week?" haha my thoughts exactly ;P And it seems they've become rather fond of using 'frak' in their commercials/promotions :P

I don't know if you watch any vidcasts (video podcasts) but there's this one I watch "The Totally Rad Show" and one of their regular segments is "TV" and either this or last week they were talking about BSG and their overuse of FRAK ... it's so true ... I don't know what's going on with that ... are the writers filling in blank space in their scripts? A dangerous sign :(

I LOVE TRS!!!! ^_^ It must be this week's show because I haven't watched it yet & I don't recall them talking about over frakking; I could be wrong. but yes, The Totally Rad Show is the best. :)

I started watching because of Alex ... I really like him on Diggnation but now I'm totally in it for Jeff ... I love him! Well not really but he's so much fun to watch! And overall it's really a good way for me to keep up with what all the kids are into ;) And that's really important for a woman with a 15 and a 12 year old :)

Same here, came from Diggnation. I just love watching all three of them. :) It's a way I kinda keep up on things, too, but just for my own benefit heh. :p

Yeah, Yeah, I know I'm old LOL

But I'm not so old as not to be totally excited about IronMan :) I so can't wait for this weekend and I'll be bringing a bunch of teenagers with me ... however I'll probably be the most geeky of the crowd ;)

Actually I don't watch any of them (no reason really) though I have learned of a few that do interest me I just haven't had time to check them out yet. lol, they do use it a lot but I'm leaning more towards them saying something like that that they can get away it. It surprises me not that a show like BSG would push any and all limits they could :P I'm just surprised though at how much Sci-Fi (in their commercials & promotions) use it.

that's awesome :P

Coincidently, I did a little SW drawing today in class lol. I'd been such awhile since I'd ever done that let alone draw in a school environment. The only things that ever look alright are tie fighters. xP But yeah, I drew a three x-wing scouting party that found this planet that had a shield all around it via satellites. It was guarded by at least seven star destroyers, one super star destroyer, and some tie fighter launch platforms; I usually always have those, whether the drawing was in space or even on a planet. But yeah x)

hah! I haven't drawn anything in a good while, years in fact but I used to enjoy it quite a bit and always drew on stuff in school, it helps me concentrate :P I just doodle odd geometric shapes now when I'm bored, that's about it lol. Your SW drawing sounds interesting and complex. I like it :D

Even in regular school I don't think I did it that much, but I did indeed to it here and there, but once in high school I stopped really doing it. I don't think I've ever just drawn shapes to draw them, the stuff always had to be a building, military vehicle, star wars-related, something like that; not sure what to label all that. I also for some strange reason had this fascination with drawing secure vault areas & things, which is what I sorta started doing before SW yesterday; wasn't too intricate like previous times though. heh maybe, though if you saw it you may not find it that great. Also, technically, I realized now that the first drawings I did in class was trying to doodle a TARDIS for the first time. They're horrible, but yeah lol. :P
