Happy New Year!
Jan. 1st, 2007 12:28 amAs of about 30 minutes ago for me and various other times throughout the day for everyone around the globe. Hope everyone had a splendid New Year!
And it seems I have lost the battle against impending illness. I just took my temperature and discovered I do have a slight fever (102.5) and while I haven't felt all that bad today, it has progressively gotten worse in the last couple of hours. Hopefully it will pass sometime in the night because I have to work tomorrow and it will really suck working while sickly. Resistance was futile.
Off to Zzzz.

Happy New Year!!
Jan. 1st, 2006 03:10 amWell it's 2006, w00t! And of course there is a ( Lord Cornholio ) for every occasion. hehe
Also did you know we experienced a 'Leap Second' this year. Basically Earth's rotation is slowing down and modern atomic clocks keep the time so accurately that on occasion they have to be adjusted. Yep 2005 had one extra second tacked onto it, the last time we had a Leap Second was 7 years ago. More on the Leap Second at the wonderful Wikipedia if anyone is interested. I've found it rather interesting though it seems everyone I've been telling about it for the last couple weeks doesn't seem to think so :P
