IL-LU-MIN-ATE!

Inspired by a post over at
doctorwho where someone made an Etch A Sketch Dalek (which was brilliant btw) and since I obviously have nothing better to do with my time (like sleeping and such) I made a Lite Brite Dalek.

My trial run. I ended up only making one minor change to it as I was quite pleased the way it turned out the first time.

I didn't have any black or dark colored paper so I had to tape together some cut up parts of a 'starry' background from an old Star Wars booklet thingy. They were meant to be cut out anyway so fret not ;)

IL-LU-MIN-ATE!

The final product. Some of the pegs wouldn't stay properly straight and in place because of the thickness of the taped parts on the underside of the paper but I think it turned out alright. :D
You know, it is entirely too much fun playing with Daleks :P
